To view your personal and/or business account tax form(s), sign in to Online Banking, then select “Statements” from the top tool bar (the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen). Choose your “Account Type”, then select your account number in the drop down. You will then be able to view your tax forms.
If you closed all of your First Internet Bank accounts, you will be unable to access your tax form(s) online. You will need to contact a Relationship Banker to receive your tax form at bank@firstib.com or 1-888-873-3424.
Please note: If you are using our mobile app, simply tap into your account, choose the 3 dots in the upper right corner and then select “View Statements”.
