How do I sign up for paperless billing?

Small Business Administration customers who wish to sign up for paperless billing should send an email to sbaloanservicing@firstib.com. Our servicing team will be happy to help.

To switch to paperless billing for other types of accounts, Sign in to online banking → Select “Statements” → Go to “Profile” → Click the “+” next to your account → Choose “Electronic” → Enter your email → Choose “Submit All”  It’s that easy. Make the switch today!
