First Internet Bank was once again named one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces by The Indianapolis Star, earning a spot on the list for mid-sized companies for the twelfth consecutive year. Top Workplace rankings are based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that measures aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and engagement.

Along with being a Top Workplace, First Internet Bank continues to earn recognition, having recently been named a winner in American Banker’s 2025 Innovation of the Year competition. Additionally, its Small Business Administration team was recognized as the 2024 Online Lender of the Year by Coleman Report.
