During the enrollment process, I was asked for my checking account number. I have more than one checking account with First Internet Bank and would like to use them all to pay bills. Can I pay bills from more than one checking account?

Of course! During the enrollment process, you’ll be asked for only one account number. You should select the account you consider to be your primary account. Then, contact a First Internet Bank Relationship Banker at bank@firstib.com or 1-888-873-3424 and ask to add your other checking accounts to your bill payment service. You may add any checking account on which you are a primary or joint account holder.
