First IB Home > Business Accounts > Electronic Statements

As a First IB customer, you may choose to receive your account
statements electronically through our online banking system
instead of receiving a paper statement each month. You are
not obligated to receive your statement electronically; however,
there will be a $3.00 fee for each paper account statement
we mail to you. There is no fee to receive your statement
electronically.
Your "account statement" details the transactions
and balances for Interest Checking, Business Checking, Regular
Savings, Money Market Savings, and Installment Loan accounts.
To access your electronic account statement, you will need
the following:
 |

|

|
access to First IB's online banking system |

|
an active email account |

|
a PC or Mac with access to the Internet |
 |
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or
Netscape Communicator or Navigator 4.06 or higher
with 128-bit encryption (free software you can
download) |
 |
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader(tm) 3.0 or higher
(free software you can download) |
Customers with only a Certificate of Deposit (CD) account
will not receive periodic statements.
We have made it easy to begin receiving your account statement
electronically. Simply log in to our online banking system
and click on Statements in the left-side menu on the Account
Summary screen. After you review the terms and conditions
and submit your current email address, you will have immediate
access to your six most recent account statements. If you
have a Line of Credit or credit card with First IB, you will
have access to those statements as well. We will continue
to mail paper statements, at no cost, for Lines of Credit
and credit cards.
Each month, you will receive an email notification from First
IB that lets you know your statement is ready. The message
will not contain any confidential information, such as your
First IB account number. However, you must notify us if
your email address changes. The message will provide a
link that will direct you to Log In screen of our online banking
system, where you'll use your User ID and Password to access
your account information as well as your account statement.
If our message is not deliverable to the email address you
have provided, we will notify you through alternative channels.
If our message is not deliverable to the email address you
have provided two consecutive statement periods, we will resume
our practice of sending you a paper statement at our then-current
fee for paper statements.
Your account statement will be presented as a PDF (Portable
Document Format) file. You will be able to print the statement
or save the file to your computer's hard drive or other disk
in order to retain a copy of the statement. Your account statement
will be available through our online banking system for six
months.
If you later wish to receive paper statements in lieu of
electronic statements, you must notify us through the online
banking system, following the on-screen instructions.
