First IB is currently seeking individual for the following full-time positions:

Banking Specialist (Customer Service Representative)
Responsibilities include supporting and servicing a full range of banking products. Requires one year banking and customer service experience, strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to work within Bank’s extended hours of operation (including evening hours), and exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Lead Banking Specialist (Customer Service Representative)
Position requires at least 2 years experience in financial institution branch or call center. Primary responsibility is assisting customers with account inquires, also directly responsible for the training, operational, sales and problem resolution process for CSR staff. Requirements include:

Strong problem solving/analytical skills
Teller function proficiency, including needs-based selling
Ability to successfully handle escalated customer situations
Excellent PC/Internet skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
Ability to work evening and weekend hours

Director of Information Technology
The Director of Information Technology (IT) manages the Bank’s networks and information systems personally and through subordinate employees. This is a highly visible position and requires the ability to interact within all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include managing the daily operation of the Bank’s information systems; identifying opportunities for processing improvements; maintaining and updating the Bank's information security program and business continuity plan; and consulting with business units to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations. This position requires 5–7 years of hands-on information technology experience and a 4-year college degree. Financial institution or relevant industry background preferred but not required. Supervisory experience and certification(s) a plus.
