Outside Sales - Mortgage Loan Originator
Outside Loan Originators will work closely with Builders, Realtors, Financial Planners and Accountants to drive sales. Outside Loan Originators are responsible for development and maintenance of strategic external partnerships, drawing upon depth knowledge of products and services offered by First Internet Bank. Must have a minimum of two years mortgage sales experience and established relationships with builders, realtors, financial planners, accountants, and/or other lead sources. This position pays a draw against commissions plus commissions and offers exceptional employee benefits.
Inside Sales - Internet Mortgage Loan Originator
Internet Mortgage Loan Originators are responsible for managing internet mortgage leads and loan applications to successful closings while upholding compliance responsibilities and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. Although not required for success in the position, the development and maintenance of strategic external partnerships is encouraged and supported. Candidates with a confident, strong sales skill set are needed for this opportunity. A minimum of one year mortgage origination experience is preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are ideal. Must have the desire to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Operations Intern – Summer 2015
The Operations Intern will participate in a variety of operations initiatives including document imaging and indexing, back office support, and other administrative projects. Commercial Real Estate Intern – Summer 2015
The Commercial Real Estate Intern attends meetings with customers & prospects to participate in front end project financing discussions and overall relationship management. This internship also includes responsibilities maintaining periodic loan reporting requirements, performing basic underwriting and loan analysis, and supporting the CRE team in file organization. Residential Real Estate Intern – Spring 2015

Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
The Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, growing, and upholding profitable relationships with prospects and centers of influence. While assuring compliance measures are met, the Relationship Manager will analyze financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness of prospect/client, structure loan requests, prepare and present credit approval documents, negotiate terms, coordinating closing, and ensuring adequate loan documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and credit skills while displaying a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication. A minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience and a 4 year degree is preferred. We are currently seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship manager to join our Tempe, AZ office.
Accounting & Finance Intern – Summer 2015
The Finance & Accounting Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with all members of the finance department completing a variety of tasks including economic and variance analysis, assisting with SEC reporting requirements and monthly management reporting, preparing board meeting materials, and other various projects. The ideal candidate will be focused in areas of study relating to business, accounting, and finance.
Commercial Banking Coordinator
The Commercial Banking Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and growth of the commercial banking department through leadership in areas including client relationship support, document preparation for loan closings, reporting, and other responsibilities essential to the efficient operation of the commercial loan department. A bachelor’s degree, minimum of ten years banking experience, strong technical/computer skills, and attention to detail are requirements a qualified candidate will possess.
