Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
The Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, growing, and upholding profitable relationships with prospects and centers of influence. While assuring compliance measures are met, the Relationship Manager will analyze financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness of prospect/client, structure loan requests, prepare and present credit approval documents, negotiate terms, coordinating closing, and ensuring adequate loan documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and credit skills while displaying a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication. A minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience and a 4 year degree is preferred. We are currently seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship manager to join our Tempe, AZ office.
Accounting & Finance Intern – Spring 2015
The Finance & Accounting Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with all members of the finance department completing a variety of tasks including economic and variance analysis, assisting with SEC reporting requirements and monthly management reporting, preparing board meeting materials, and other various projects. The ideal candidate will be focused in areas of study relating to business, accounting, and finance.
Commercial Banking Coordinator
The Commercial Banking Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and growth of the commercial banking department through leadership in areas including client relationship support, document preparation for loan closings, reporting, and other responsibilities essential to the efficient operation of the commercial loan department. A bachelor’s degree, minimum of ten years banking experience, strong technical/computer skills, and attention to detail are requirements a qualified candidate will possess. We are currently looking for a Commercial Banking Coordinator to join our Tempe, AZ office.
Marketing Communications Manager
The Marketing Communications Manager works to attract new bank customers and to deepen relationships with existing customers in a way that is consistent with the Bank’s business objectives and brand identity. S/he manages and creates communications and content, using both new and traditional media, leveraging the Bank’s brand identity and value proposition. S/he works with subject-matter experts throughout the Bank to develop and maintain a website that attracts and converts prospects, engages and retains existing customers, and informs other interested parties with appropriate content. S/he works with business unit managers to translate business objectives into marketing campaigns: preparing a forecast, facilitating creative development, recommending media, meeting compliance requirements, identifying appropriate targets, executing strategies, and measuring results for each campaign as determined necessary. This position requires 5+ years marketing communications experience and a college degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Banking/financial services experience helpful but not essential. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to write persuasively in a voice that is easily understood by the intended audience. Extraordinary attention to detail is imperative.
Mortgage Loan Originator - Inside Sales
The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years mortgage origination experience; possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; have strong math, computer and Internet skills and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Associate degree or mortgage industry education equivalent required.
Responsibilities include managing mortgage leads and loan applications provided by the bank to successful closings with light processing and compliance responsibilities. This position pays a base hourly rate plus commissions and offers exceptional employee benefits.
