We are currently seeking individuals for the following full-time positions:
Marketing Communications Manager
The Marketing Communications Manager works to attract new bank customers and to deepen relationships with existing customers in a way that is consistent with the Bank’s business objectives and brand identity. S/he manages and creates communications and content, using both new and traditional media, leveraging the Bank’s brand identity and value proposition. S/he works with subject-matter experts throughout the Bank to develop and maintain a website that attracts and converts prospects, engages and retains existing customers, and informs other interested parties with appropriate content. S/he works with business unit managers to translate business objectives into marketing campaigns: preparing a forecast, facilitating creative development, recommending media, meeting compliance requirements, identifying appropriate targets, executing strategies, and measuring results for each campaign as determined necessary. This position requires 5+ years marketing communications experience and a college degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Banking/financial services experience helpful but not essential. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to write persuasively in a voice that is easily understood by the intended audience. Extraordinary attention to detail is imperative.
Deposit Product Manager
The Deposit Product Manager is responsible for strategic growth and management of retail (consumer) deposit products. Working with the employees across all levels of the organization, you will develop and price retail (consumer) deposit products in a way that is consistent with the Bank’s business objectives and brand identity and exceeds customer expectations. The Deposit Product Manager works with numerous other employees and teams to design and implement promotions to attract, retain, and deepen relationships with customers. This position requires 5 or more years financial services experience with a progressive increase in responsibility. Also requires a college degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Other requirements include strong financial analysis skills to include cash flow, components of product profitability; demonstrated knowledge of bank/PC software programs and experience writing database queries preferred; mastery of Excel and proficiency in other Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) applications; excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties.
Applications and Systems Administrator
The Systems and Applications Administrator for First Internet Bank oversees our business applications and related infrastructure, placing an emphasis on information security and system availability. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support, maintain and monitor the numerous information technology systems and applications used by the Bank. This is a highly visible position and requires the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. The Applications and Systems Administrator will be on call for after-hours support in defined situations and is a backup for the System Administrators. This position requires three to five years relevant IT experience plus a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data security and disaster recovery systems and procedures, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office applications, SQL Server, Exchange and IIS. Also important is knowledge in building and maintaining data security and disaster recovery systems and procedures.
The Systems Administrator oversees the Bank’s internal network, placing an emphasis on information security and system availability. The primary responsibility of this position is the support, maintenance and monitoring of information technology systems, networks, and office infrastructure. This is a highly visible position and requires the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. The System Administrator will be on call for after-hours support in defined situations. This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of Linus/Unix/*nix operating systems as well as the knowledge of automated patching/updating software (WSUS).
Banking Specialist (Contact Center Representative)
Banking Specialists respond to inbound customer calls, chat requests, and emails in order to support a full range of banking products and account access/management services. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and strong computer skills are essential for this position.
The successful candidate will have at least a high school degree, a minimum one year banking and customer service experience, prior experience in a call center preferred; basic knowledge with computer based applications and ability to navigate a computerized data entry system and other relevant applications; and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
We are currently looking for a Banking Specialist to work noon – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Our Banking Specialists also work a rotating Saturday shift.
Mortgage Loan Originator - Inside Sales
The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years mortgage origination experience; possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; have strong math, computer and Internet skills and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Associate degree or mortgage industry education equivalent required.
Responsibilities include managing mortgage leads and loan applications provided by the bank to successful closings with light processing and compliance responsibilities. This position pays a base salary plus commissions and offers exceptional employee benefits.
